About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager with proven expertise in CleverTap to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion. You will be the go-to person for all campaign orchestration—across mobile and web platforms—with a strong focus on using CleverTap for audience segmentation, journey creation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Conceptualize and execute user engagement campaigns across app and web platforms to promote various content types, offers, or seasonal initiatives.
    • Drive day-to-day campaign implementation using CleverTap, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • User Segmentation & Targeting:
    • Utilize CleverTap to build user segments based on behavior, demographics, and interaction patterns.
    • Design personalized journeys using automation workflows to improve activation and retention.
  • Multichannel Communication Strategy:
    • Manage and optimize communication across channels including WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS.
    • Continuously A/B test messaging strategies and creatives to enhance performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring & ROI Tracking:
    • Build integrated reports across campaign touchpoints to measure the effectiveness of each campaign.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis and suggest improvements to enhance future campaigns.
  • Budget & Timeline Management:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to manage campaign budgets, calendar, and timelines.
    • Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and remain within budget.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Liaise with content, creative, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on campaign goals.
    • Partner with external agencies when needed to deliver quality creative and messaging assets.
  • Influencer & Account Strategy Alignment:
    • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to adjust campaign strategies based on influencer activity and user behavior.
    • Continuously refine influencer engagement tactics to boost reach and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management with hands-on expertise in CleverTap.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with other marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
