Your Role

The Campaign Manager, Support is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the India Support organization. This role will manage a team of 4-8 team leads to provide guidance, a point of escalation and deliver on the vision for the India Support organization. The Campaign Manager, Support is a results-driven relational individual that can showcase our values to the team and lead by example.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute on new initiatives and products for the India Support organization


• Performance and Professional development of their direct reports


• Overall responsibility for the India Support organizations day-to-day operations, workforce planning and performance against KPI’s


• Champion a positive, inclusive and collaborative environment for your down-line reports


• Identify areas to improve and evolve the India Support organizations overall impact

Management responsibilities

• Support Team Leads


• Team Operations

Education, Experience and Certifications

• 2+ years of experience within the internet or software as a service (SaaS) industry. Post sales experience preferred (customer service, support, provisioning, billing etc.) 


• 2+ years experience within Hudl 


• Experience and high performance in a customer facing role and strong understanding of support metrics tied to customer experience


• Operational experience with the ability to leverage data to communicate team performance and customer insights.


• Experience in all major business software applications (Salesforce Service Cloud, Outlook, Excel)


• People Operations-related experience including hiring, managing, etc.


• High performance in Team Lead role within Hudl’s Support, Provisioning or Operational teams, or equivalent demonstrated leadership experience.


• Experience working with BPOs preferred.
