Job Description - Campus (Direct Hire)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated full stack fresher developer to join our dynamic team. As a full -stack fresher developer, you will work on both front -end and back -end technologies to develop and maintain web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross -functional teams to develop and implement web applications
Develop and maintain front -end web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks such as React, Angular, Redux
Develop and maintain back -end web applications using programming languages such as Java, Dot Net, or Node.js
Design and develop APIs and integrate with third -party APIs
Ensure the security and scalability of web applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards
Stay up -to -date with emerging technologies and trends in full -stack development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong foundation in object -oriented programming and web development
Familiarity with front -end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
Familiarity with back -end web technologies such as Java, Dot Net, or Node.js
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Understanding of web security and scalability
Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
Self -motivated and able to work dependently

Requirements

Relevant internship or work experience in full -stack development
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with version control systems such as Git
