Hiring for Campus Music field Recruiter -Nagaland

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about music and student communities to help onboard Western music enthusiasts onto Gig4u for exciting music -based gigs.

Responsibilities:

Visit colleges and universities to engage with student communities
Build relationships with music clubs, cultural committees, and student leaders
Organize and conduct small -scale onboarding sessions on campus
Clearly communicate the Gig4u platform and the concept of music tagging gigs
Provide hands -on support for live app onboarding and profile completion
Submit accurate and timely daily activity reports
Maintain consistent engagement with target student groups

Requirements

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a college degree (fresher or student)
Age 18–25 years
Genuine passion for Western music and music culture
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and presenting to student groups
Active involvement in campus life or student organisations
Proficient with smartphones and mobile applications
Reliable, self -motivated, and committed to achieving daily targets

Benefits

Compensation Structure (Suggested):

Monthly salary: 18K -22k Per month
Performance -based bonus for top onboarding performers

KPIs:

Number of successful onboards per week
Completion rate of user profiles
Quality and timeliness of daily reports
Engagement level with campus communities
