What will you be Doing?
 

You will be responsible for the overall Campus Recruiting for the company which will include building a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy and creating a diverse student pipeline to deliver against bold dynamic hiring plans. You will need to identify and maintain relationships with various campuses and build relationships with students, faculty, and career services. You also will be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end process of Campus hiring along with a smooth onboarding experience for the campus hires.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum experience as a campus recruiter: 3 - 5 years.

• Run the campus events across locations - end to end.

• Good planning and execution skills.

• Excellent networking skills and ability to build a good rapport with multiple campuses.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable with travel related to Campus Recruitment drives.

Our Interview Process:
We would like to help you minimize your time and efforts. There are 3 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1 weeks time.
