Job Description - Camunda Application Support Specialist - VOIS
Investigate and resolve incidents reported in Camunda-based applications. Ensure timely and accurate response to issues, maintaining SLA compliance. Monitor application health and proactively respond to system events. Collaborate with development teams during refinement sessions and UAT. Drive operational excellence through documentation and best practice implementation. Analyse system performance and suggest improvements. Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures for support activities. Process analysis using BPMN and case management tools. Minimum 4 years of experience in application support for Java Spring Boot environments. Proficient in AWS cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights. Experienced with debugging and monitoring tools (Grafana, OTEL). Understanding of BPMN and case management for process-related troubleshooting. Familiar with distributed logging, correlation IDs, and basic AWS security monitoring. Desirable: scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go), Unix familiarity, and exposure to log aggregation tools (Loki, ELK, Splunk).
