The individual will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable process\u2011automation solutions using the Camunda Engine, BPMN, Java, Spring Boot and microservices. This role includes supporting a strategically important greenfield programme, establishing development best practices, and contributing to the creation of frameworks that will shape future delivery within the CISE function.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nDefine technical architecture, produce high\u2011level design artefacts, and shape technology approaches and processes. \nDevelop and implement process automation solutions within a collaborative, multi\u2011team Agile environment. \nContribute hands\u2011on Java and microservices development aligned to sprint objectives. \nSupport leadership in expanding the process automation landscape for VOIS within Solstice. \nBuild proof\u2011of\u2011concept solutions and strengthen Camunda/BPMN, JAVA ,capability across VOIS. \nMentor and train Java developers to enhance their Camunda BPMN expertise while supporting the development of new team members.\n\n## Who you are\n\nExperienced in Camunda Engine, BPMN, SOA, and microservice architecture. \nProficient in Java development with strong understanding of design patterns relevant to microservices. \nKnowledgeable in event\u2011driven design and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka. \nSkilled in Spring and Spring Boot, with awareness of CI/CD principles and tools. \nHolds a degree or higher qualification in software engineering or a related technical discipline. \nDemonstrates strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem\u2011solving.\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
