We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual to join our team as Candidate Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to final outcome.
  

• Monitor and respond to candidate feedback across platforms such as Google My Business (GMB), Glassdoor, social media, and internal channels.
  

• Engage in real-time chats with candidates to understand their journey, gather feedback, and resolve concerns empathetically.
  

• Identify gaps or red flags in the recruitment process and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  

• Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure consistent and high-quality engagement with every candidate.
  

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate content, draft communications, and analyze feedback trends to drive process improvements.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
  

• Graduate in BBA or an equivalent discipline (freshers encouraged to apply).
  

• Comfortable using AI-based platforms for content generation and feedback analysis.
