Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

The primary contents of the work will be:

• Create PSCAD model
• Conduct control parameter study
• Conduct dynamic performance study
• Conduct Sub-synchronous torsional Interaction study
• Conduct harmonic stability study
• Conduct interaction study
• Conduct Black start study
• Benchmark different test environment
• Short circuit studies for OWP
• Read, analyze and interpret customer requirement

• Apart from these primary functions, the incumbent shall also be expected to perform the following functions:

• Innovate and work out new techniques and solutions
• Active collaboration with Siemens Energy, Germany and other countries
• Impart training to external parties like clients
• Be willing to take over roles of other team members if the situation demands.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

Desirable technical skills:

•            PSCAD,

•            MATLAB, Simulink

•            GIT

Having a previous experience of working on HVDC - VSC projects would be an added advantage.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M. Tech - electrical with specialization in power system

Experience - 10 Yrs (5 Yrs relevant in HVDC)

Location - Gurugram and Chennai
