You will be responsible for motivating patients to follow through with treatment for their chronic condition and keep them accountable to their goals. You will build a deep, trust-based relationship with the customer and enable them to build lifelong healthy habits, with a special focus on food and diet.Responsibility Be the single point of contact for patients signing up for our chronic care programs. Build trust and counsel patients, help them open up to youBuild meal plans and share recipes based on their unique requirements (training will be provided with our lead nutritionist)Answer questions about nutrition and their overall treatment plan, adapt it to her needs as neededHelp coordinate with other doctors (eg gynaecologist) on appointments or other follow-up questionsMonitor symptoms over time to ensure compliance and progress in treatmentKeep patients motivated and find ways to re-engage them if neededCreate patient education materials where required Requirements3+ years work experience as a nutritionist / dietitian with exposure to PCOS and similar chronic conditions (ideally have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting)Graduate / post-graduate in Nutrition or other relevant clinical fieldEmpathetic, warm and enthusiastic attitude; self-driven and willingto take initiativeExcellent listening and rapport-building skills with new patientsExcellent English speaking and writing skills. Articulate and persuasive communication skills.Ability to speak a second/regional language is a bonus.Prior experience with health coaching is a bonus or in a pharma/hospital/healthcare management setting is a bonusComfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup atmosphere, willing to be flexible and undertake different types of workDetail-oriented and organized to confidently manage several patients at the same time
