Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Career Counsellor with a strong foundation in psychology and hands-on experience in student and parent engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in career guidance, orientation sessions, and parent education programs across schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct career guidance and counselling sessions for students (individual and group).

• Deliver interactive orientation sessions in schools and colleges to promote awareness about career planning.

• Facilitate parent education programs to help families make informed academic and career choices.

• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments, guiding students toward suitable career paths.

Desired Profile:

• Postgraduate in Psychology.

• 3–5 years of experience in counselling within schools, colleges, or educational institutes.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic listener with a genuine passion for youth development.

• Prior experience in career guidance, student counselling, and parent programs is essential.

• Must be comfortable with Work from Office (Kurukshetra) and travel for school sessions as needed.
