Job Description - Career Counsellor

Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions.

Assess candidates’ skills, interests, and career goals.

Guide candidates on suitable courses and career pathways.

Support enrolment, retention, and placement processes.

Conduct orientation sessions and awareness workshops.

Maintain counselling records and reports.

Coordinate with trainers and placement teams.

KPIs:

Counselling sessions conducted.
Enrolment conversion rate.
Retention and placement outcomes.

Requirements

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Counselling and mentoring ability.
Basic knowledge of job market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field.
3–5 years of experience preferred.
