About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result -driven Career Counsellor / Senior Career Counsellor to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through program options, and converting leads into successful enrolments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about various UG & PG programs
  
• Handle student queries via calls, online chat, and other channels
  
• Guide students on course selection and admission procedures
  
• Convert leads into enrolments through effective counselling
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, walk -ins, and follow -ups
  
• Conduct data calling and manage assigned leads
  
• Collect and consolidate feedback from students
  
• Deliver a high level of customer experience throughout the admission journey
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline
  
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Ed -Tech sales
  
• Proven experience in inside sales or admission counselling
