Job Description - Case Coordinator

Coordinate and manage assigned cases from intake to closure

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up -to -date case records and documentation

Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow -ups

Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met

Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, or legal teams (depending on industry)

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Prepare reports and case summaries for management review

Requirements

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and problem -solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and case management/CRM tools

Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and in a team
