Job Description - Case Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage assigned client cases from intake to closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow -ups.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Prepare case reports and update management regularly.
  • Resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement of case management process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Problem -solving and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
