Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across platforms.
• Ensure accuracy of product details including titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Category, Marketing, Operations) for catalog-related requirements.
• Audit and monitor catalog data to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
• Upload and manage bulk product data using tools and templates.
• Maintain taxonomy and categorization for easy product discoverability.
• Support the onboarding of new products/brands into the catalog system.
• Monitor competitor catalogs and suggest improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; ability to handle large data sets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in catalog management tools or e-commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and product discoverability.
• Knowledge of SQL or data management tools.
