If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Category Management (CatMan) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).\n\nParticulars\n\n| \n\nDetails \n \n---|--- \n \nNumber of resources:\n\n| \n\n4 \n \nPractice:\n\n| \n\nGPTS - Retail \n \nRole:\n\n| \n\nTechnical Architect / Technical Consultant \n \nProduct:\n\n| \n\nCategory Knowledge Base \n \nSkill:\n\n| \n\nRefer JD \n \n3 Mandatory Skills*\n\n| \n\nCatMan\n\nExpertise in SQL programming, database, C# Scripting, Dot Net scripting /Platform, Windows Batch scripting, Shell scripting etc. \n \nDetailed job description\n\n| \n\nRefer JD \n \nYears of Experience:\n\n| \n\n6+Years \n \nDuration of the contract\n\n| \n\n6 months \n \nExpected start date of the contractor:\n\n| \n\nImmediate preferred (no more than 2 months) \n \nRamp-up duration (non billable)\n\n| \n\n4 weeks \n \nWork Location\n\n| \n\nBangalore \n \nWork Model : WFO / WFH / Hybrid\n\n| \n\nHybrid \n \nWork Days and hours : Ex - (Mon-Fri) or (Sun-Thur) \u0026 Time, Shifts if applicable\n\n| \n\n(Mon-Fri) \n \nScope:\n\n * Core Responsibilities include Implementation of product and related integration being part of the Service Delivery Organization.\n * Designs and develops user workflows/ user interface, integration scripts, ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.\n\n\n\nOur current technical environment:\n\n * Software: SQL, Dot Net, C# Scripting, GIT, Rest API, OAuth, Power Shell scripting\n\n\n\n\u2022 Application Architecture: Hybrid model.\n\nNative SaaS: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture.\n\nCitrix Based: Client applications on Citrix being migrated towards Native SaaS.\n\n\u2022 Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)\n\n\u2022 Integration: Mulesoft, Kafka, File based \u0026 API Integrations.\n\nWhat you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Work as BY Technical Architect for CatMan new Implementations and migrations into BY Azure cloud.\n * Conducts technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the technical needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs. \n * Provide variety of technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing \u0026 programming. \n * Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements.\n * Provides internal training, implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.\n * Perform Oracle to SQL migration and manage the challenges from migrating to SQL procedures + data migration issues.\n * Ability to estimate the workload of implementation activities that are within the scope of their skills; able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration \u0026 architecture complexity.\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n * 6+ years of relevant experience- Retail Domain preferred\n * Expertise in SQL programming, database, C# Scripting, Dot Net scripting /Platform, Windows Batch scripting, Shell scripting etc.\n * Good analytical and Debugging skills\n * Experience on system integration\n * Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance. \nContributes to the growth of the technical consulting practice by developing and maintaining practice aids, databases, best-practice collateral.\n * Ensures compliance with the following internal and external company policies and procedures: Company project methodology On-time submission of Time, Travel and Expenses report Company procedures related to travel and expenses \n * Skill set and availability requirements as per the organization\u0027s needs\n * Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.\n * Provides guidance to Support Services in responding to base technical issues.\n * Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.\n * Understanding of Database structures.
