Role & Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and enrollment marketing for CBSE schools across Gunjur, Sarjapura Road, and surrounding micro-markets via hyper-local campaigns.


• Build and maintain key relationships with school administrators, admissions officers, and parent communities to generate qualified leads.


• Execute end-to-end offline & digital marketing initiatives—flyers, school events, social media targeting, parent webinars—tailored to CBSE parent demographics.


• Track lead conversion metrics, optimize campaign ROI, and report performance to regional management weekly.


• Coordinate with teacher recruitment team to align marketing messaging with hiring needs and school branding.


• Represent Teacher Pool at school fairs, open houses, and community events; collect real-time feedback to refine outreach strategy.
