Job Opening – CDP (Pan Asian) Location: Northwest Delhi

A distinguished 4‑star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi is seeking a skilled CDP – Pan Asian to lead the kitchen section and deliver authentic, high‑quality Pan Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will bring culinary expertise, creativity, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Supervise and manage the Pan Asian kitchen section, ensuring smooth operations during shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and present Pan Asian dishes with consistency and innovation

  
  


• 
  

  Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to design menus and specials

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain efficient kitchen operations

  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  

  Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred

  
  


• 
  

  4–6 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredients

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage kitchen operations and deliver under pressure
