The CDP (Pizzaiolo) is responsible for leading pizza preparation activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting overall pizza station operations. The role requires strong expertise in Neapolitan -style and sourdough pizza preparation, dough management, baking techniques, and kitchen coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake authentic pizzas as per company standards and recipes.
• Supervise dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and pizza assembly processes.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pizza products.
• Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and station readiness.
• Support junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills required.
Experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Neapolitan -style or Sourdough Pizza preparation.
• Prior experience as CDP, Senior Pizzaiolo, Pizza Chef, or similar role preferred.
Skills
• Advanced Pizza Preparation.
• Dough Handling & Fermentation.

• Food Safety & Hygiene.
Compensation
• CTC: ₹40,000 per month.
• Approx. In -hand Salary: ₹36,400 per month.
• Monthly Performance Incentive: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000.

• No Food Facility.
• Probation Period: 6 Months.
• Benefits applicable from Day 1.
Additional Requirements
• Basic English and Hindi Mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working with Pork, Beef, and Chicken products.
Work Timings
• 6 Days Working with Rotational Week Off.
• Shift -Based Working Hours (9 Hours).
