Celonis Analyst/Process Mining Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Banking & Finance 5+ years of experience in data analytics or process improvement roles, with 2-3+ years specific to Celonis EMS. Strong knowledge of process mining principles and methodologies. Proficiency with PQL (Process Query Language) and Celonis IBC/EMS. Experience integrating Celonis with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow. Solid SQL skills and understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Knowledge of Python or R for extended analytics capabilities. Familiarity with BPMN or process mapping tools. Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. Design and develop process mining analyses using Celonis EMS to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map as-is processes. Build dashboards, KPIs, and custom analyses using Celonis PQL and other platform features. Support process transformation initiatives by providing insights from Celonis analyses. Work with data engineers to extract, transform, and load (ETL) relevant data into Celonis. Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve Celonis data models and visualizations.
