Hiring: Center Coordinator (Center Head) -International Preschool

Location: Alipore, Kolkata (700027)
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA

Working Hours : 9 a.m to 6 p.m

We seek a visionary preschool leader to build culture, pedagogy, and systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead joyful, child‑centred, play‑based learning (ages 3–6)
Recruit, mentor, and inspire educators
Counsel parents and drive admissions
Build strong home‑school partnerships
Oversee daily operations, compliance, and enrolment growth

Ideal Candidate

Strong preschool teaching background
Skilled in parent counselling & admissions conversion
Passionate about holistic child development
Warm, empathetic, yet structured leader
