6. Program Quality
Assurance:
· Monitor and evaluate program quality,
identifying areas for improvement
· Implement quality assurance processes and
standards as per QMS
7. Performance
Monitoring:
· Track and analyse program data, identifying
trends and areas for improvement
· Develop and implement corrective actions to
address performance gaps
8. Budget Management:
· Manage regional budgets and proper unitisation,
ensuring effective allocation of resources
· Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with
financial policies
9. Marketing and
Compliance:
· Ensure program visibility and promotion through
marketing and outreach efforts
· Maintain compliance with organizational and
regulatory requirements
10. Capacity
Building:
· Develop and implement capacity -building
initiatives for team members and partners
· Ensure that regional teams have the necessary
skills and resources to deliver high -quality programs
11. Risk Management:
· Identify and mitigate risks that could impact
program delivery or reputation
· Develop and implement risk management plans and
procedures
