Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

·        Develop and implement regional strategies to
achieve program goals

·        Conduct needs assessments and analyse data to
inform program decisions

2. Program Oversight:

·        Manage program operations, ensuring effective
delivery and quality

·        Ensure compliance with organizational policies
and procedures

3. Team Leadership:

·        Supervise and mentor team members, providing
guidance and support

·        Foster a collaborative and inclusive team
environment

4. Stakeholder
Collaboration:

·        Build and maintain relationships with key
stakeholders, including partners, funders, colleges and community leaders

·        Communicate program goals, progress, and impact
to stakeholders

5.  Partnership Development:

·        Identify and pursue new partnership
opportunities to expand program reach and impact

·        Manage partnerships, ensuring effective
collaboration and communication

6. Program Quality
Assurance:

·        Monitor and evaluate program quality,
identifying areas for improvement

·        Implement quality assurance processes and
standards as per QMS

7. Performance
Monitoring:

·        Track and analyse program data, identifying
trends and areas for improvement

·        Develop and implement corrective actions to
address performance gaps

8. Budget Management:

·        Manage regional budgets and proper unitisation,
ensuring effective allocation of resources

·        Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with
financial policies

9. Marketing and
Compliance:

·        Ensure program visibility and promotion through
marketing and outreach efforts

·        Maintain compliance with organizational and
regulatory requirements

10. Capacity
Building:

·        Develop and implement capacity -building
initiatives for team members and partners

·        Ensure that regional teams have the necessary
skills and resources to deliver high -quality programs

11. Risk Management:

·        Identify and mitigate risks that could impact
program delivery or reputation

·        Develop and implement risk management plans and
procedures

12 . Innovation and
Improvement:

·            Encourage innovation and continuous
improvement in program delivery

·            Develop and implement
new approaches and

13 . Reports

·            Creating monthly and quarterly reports as
per Infosys standard
