Job Description - Center Host – AHA! Smart Homes
Overview
We are looking for well -groomed, presentable, and soft -spoken Center Hosts to manage the experience at our home automation center/s. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage visitors, showcase our solutions that are relevant to their needs, and ensure a seamless experience from Lead to Cash Cycles.
Key Responsibilities
â Engagement & Experience
⢠Greet and assist prospects as they arrive at the center.
⢠Understand requirements and generate relevant information
⢠Demonstrate curated home automation experiences.
⢠Provide detailed demonstrations of our smart home solutions.
â Scheduling & Follow -Ups:
⢠Manage the center’s visit schedules.
⢠Follow up with clients expected at the center to confirm their visit.
⢠Be diligent but not pushy - but ensure at least 50 demos per month
â Product Knowledge & Presentation:
⢠Answer all customer queries with an open mind
⢠Educate prospects on automation solutions, features, and benefits.
⢠Provide pricing and proposal details,
⢠Objection Handling - Competitor comparisons
â Collaboration & Support:
⢠Timely co -ordination with team members for negotiation and closing.
⢠Maintain a well -organized and professional showroom environment.
â Cadence (Reviews)
⢠Regular & accurate update of CRM
⢠Bi -weekly, fortnightly, monthly & quarterly reviews
â Tele -Calling (Desirable)
⢠Speak to fresh leads and understand requirements
⢠Effectively present relevant solutions in a visually expressive manner
⢠Create interest to walk into the Experience Centre

Work Experience
â Not a criteria for selection - we are happy to consider freshers as well as experienced candidates
â However, if there are multiple good candidates then following criteria will apply
⢠Prior experience in customer -facing B2C / Retail roles
⢠Experience in Technology retail, High End SmartPhones, Luxury Hospitality, Super Premium / Luxury Fashion Brands
⢠Higher number of years of Work Experience
Working Hours
â Days - 6 days a week
⢠Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be working due to high demand
⢠Weekly off s will be on one day from Monday to Thursday
â 8 to 9 hours per working day
Education
â Not a criteria for selection
â However, if there are multiple good candidates, the one with better qualifications will be selected
Benefits
â You will be eligible for a total of 85 days off in a calendar year (January to December). All leaves indicated below are are mutually exclusive
⢠Up to 52 weekly off s
⢠Up to 21 Personal / Earned Leaves (PL) - after probation period (6 months) i.e. 1.75 days PL per month.
⢠Up to 10 public holidays (as per calendar published every year)
