Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Executive in the Fraud Investigation Unit. In this role, you will oversee and guide a team dedicated to analyzing and tracking the Non-Motor Portfolio, ensuring timely case closures within the defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT). Additionally, you will play a crucial role in handling Internal Vigilance cases and projects, as well as providing support to the team for police complaints and FIRs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of fraud investigators, providing guidance and support.
Analyze and track the Non-Motor Portfolio, identifying potential fraud cases.
Ensure timely closure of fraud cases within the specified TAT.
Work closely with Internal Vigilance teams to investigate and resolve complex cases.
Assist the team in preparing and filing police complaints and FIRs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all fraud-related activities.
Collaborate with other departments to share intelligence and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging fraud patterns.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Represent the department in meetings and conferences, sharing insights and expertise.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field is required.
Minimum 8 years of experience in fraud investigation, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of fraud detection techniques and legal processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in using fraud investigation tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
