Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Business Head

Industry: Healthcare cancer Hospital

Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 5+ years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare business management or hospital operations.

- Rajasthan healthcare market experience preferred.

- Candidates currently or previously associated with established cancer / multispeciality hospital groups will be preferred.

- Profiles from organisations such as Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital, HCG, Renova or similar established cancer/multispeciality centres may be considered, subject to relevant experience and profile fit.

- Strong understanding of hospital business development, operations and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for hospital business growth and operational performance.

- Develop and execute strategies for increasing patient footfall, revenue and market presence.

- Build strong relationships with doctors, referral sources, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies and other stakeholders.

- Lead business development, marketing, branding and referral-network activities.

- Monitor hospital financial and operational KPIs.

- Improve patient experience, service quality and overall hospital performance.

- Recruit, develop and manage key leadership and operational teams.

- Coordinate with clinical, administration, HR, finance, marketing and support departments.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

- Represent the hospital with key external stakeholders and the local healthcare community.

Candidate Profile

- MBA/MHA/PGDM in Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 5+ years of relevant hospital/healthcare management experience.

- Strong leadership, business development and people-management skills.

- Good understanding of the Rajasthan healthcare market preferred.

- Experience in cancer care / multispeciality hospital operations will be an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making abilities.

- Proven ability to manage hospital growth, referrals and business operations.

Compensation

Salary: ₹1.50 Lakh+ per month

Performance-based Incentives: Additional
