Job Description - CEO Techno Commercial Textiles Processing

We are looking for a visionary and result -oriented CEO – Techno Commercial (Processing Division) to lead and scale our textile processing operations with strong ownership of business strategy, operations, profitability, and customer growth.

This is a high -impact leadership role for someone who can combine technical expertise in textile processing with strong commercial and business leadership capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

â Lead complete processing division operations & business performance

â Drive profitability, costing & EBITDA improvement

â Oversee dyeing, finishing, quality & production excellence

â Develop strong relationships with buyers, brands & business partners

â Drive commercial strategy, pricing & business expansion

â Ensure operational efficiency, process optimization & quality standards

â Lead innovation in processing technologies & sustainability initiatives

â Manage cross -functional teams across operations, sales & technical departments

â Ensure compliance with customer, environmental & industry standards

Requirements

Strong expertise in Textile Processing / Dyeing / Finishing Operations

Proven experience in Techno Commercial leadership roles

Strong knowledge of fabric processing, quality & production management

Expertise in cost control, pricing & business strategy

Experience handling buyers, brands & export customers

Leadership experience managing large manufacturing teams

Strong negotiation, communication & decision -making skills

Strategic mindset with operational excellence focus

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech / Diploma in Textile Technology / Processing
MBA or business management exposure preferred
15+ years experience in textile processing industry leadership roles
