Certified Workday HCM Consultant (C2H)

• 6+ years /
  exp in workday with minimum 2 end to end implementation experience (must
  have).   
  
• Designs
  and owns complex HCM Core configuration, business process frameworks,
  eligibility rules, and cross‑module impacts. 
  
• Ability to
  handle configuration of high complexity. Architects reusable patterns, advanced
  rules, and scalable frameworks. 
  
• Makes
  design decisions within HCM Core standards and governance. SME to HR, IT,
  Security, Payroll, and Talent leaders.
  

• Experience
  in supporting customer in their annual maintenance model.   
  
• Proficiency
  in Core HCM and Desirable to have experience on Recruitment/absence
  /compensation module experience    
  
• Strong
  analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements
  to system design.    
  
• Excellent
  oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
  communicate with Client.
  

Requirements

• Workday
  HCM certified and Workday HCM hands on experience.  
  
• Mandatory
  Skills - 6+ years / exp in workday HCM  with minimum 2 end to end
  implementation experience (must have).
  
• Good to
  have (Not Mandatory) - Experience in American, European clients/
  businesses is preferred.
