Job Description - Certinia Architect

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including solution architecture responsibilities.

Experienced Senior Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, enterprise integrations, and platform governance, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, quote-to-cash processes, and professional services operations.

Own Salesforce solution architecture, scalability, security, and platform governance.

Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Certinia PSA, and quote-to-cash processes.

Architect integrations with NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.

Define data models, integration patterns, automation strategies, and technical best practices.

Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and integration teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.

Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes.

Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.

Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, middleware, data architecture, and security.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce).

Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workday integrations.

Experience in professional services or consulting environments.

Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.
