Job Description - CFO

Qualifications : Qualified CA

Experience: 15 -20 years

Salary : 40 -50 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Shall be responsible for reporting to management.
Shall be responsible in helping boards in strategic decision -making.
Shall be responsible for taking care of Accounts & Finance functions.
Shall also be responsible for compliances.
Shall be responsible for overall financial statements, cash flows and P&L.
Helps in managing investors and banking relationships.
Managing banking facilities, good in MIS & reporting etc.
Shall be responsible for any other work assigned.

About the company: This company is formed to bring fundamental changes in the steel processing industry. This company is expert in slitting and cut to length steel coils for a wide range of clientale, mostly OEM suppliers for automobile companies and appliance manufacturers. They establish link between steel makers and steel end users.
