Requirements
Core Accountabilities:
· Understand & Assess Project Impact:
o Understand the various stakeholders who would be impacted by the project internally & externally – Unilever country, regional, global teams, Capgemini, Cross Functional stakeholders within each organisation
· Develop Change Management and Communication Plan:
o Deliver a detailed change impact analysis across all teams involved (including granular details like shifts needed, potential concerns, risks & mitigation suggestions)
o Prepare a Schedule / Network covering all the Change Management Activities required
· Engagement Material & Format:
o Assess the apt engagement format to make the communication effective to every stakeholder involved
o Prepare appropriate communication material, script for managers to use
o Cover Training Requirements both functional and Inter -Personal needs as may arise
· Effective Implementation of Change and Communication Plan:
o Deliver the end to end Change Management Pack On -Time In full with world class quality to support the successful implementation of the project

Experience:
· 8+ years experience
· Working Experience in leading communication roles for organization or/and projects
· Working Experience in large organization with global multi country operations
Qualifications:
· Management Graduation
· Strong Knowledge in Power Point, Word, MS Excel
