CHANNEL GROWTH MANAGER

I’m Sagorika , VP Talent at APPSeCONNECT. We’re building an i ntegration platform through which enterprises can connect their business applications like ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and others) with e-commerce websites, CRM solutions, and more.

A concise glimpse into the role 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Channel Growth Manager to nurture and manage relationships with our newly onboarded channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these partners are fully engaged, supported, and aligned with our goals, driving mutual growth and expansion. This role is critical in fostering strong, long-term partnerships that generate significant revenue and expansion opportunities for both our company and our partners. 

 

Your Time Will Be Invested In  

 

Partner Relationship Management: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded channel partners, fostering strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication and face-to-face meetings. 
  • Address partner needs and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our company. 
  • Provide continuous support and ensure partners have access to the necessary resources and information to succeed. 

 

Revenue Growth and Expansion

 

  • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities, market expansion, and revenue-generating strategies. 
  • Develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives to drive partner success. 
  • Set and monitor revenue targets for partners, providing support and insights to help them achieve their goals. 

 

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

 

  • Track partner performance metrics and analyze data to provide feedback and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Share best practices and success stories to promote continuous improvement and optimization among partners. 

Network Building and Professional Development

  • Expand our professional network by engaging with potential new partners through existing relationships and industry events. 
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking functions to promote our partner program and attract new partnerships. 
  • Support partners in their development by providing training and resources that align with industry trends and our product updates. 

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Report directly to the Founders, providing regular updates on partner performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. 
  • Work closely with the Founders to align partner strategies with the company’s vision and objectives. 

Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving

  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues between partners and our company effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. 
  • Act as a mediator and problem-solver to maintain positive and productive partnerships. 

What we want you to have 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Confident to take up an Individual Contributor role and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed. 

 

Qualification 

 

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in channel management, sales, or business development, with a track record of managing and growing partner relationships. 
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
