Set up and lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to drive business growth in the B2B segment.
Recruit and hire BDAs based on the company's requirements and budget.
Provide training, guidance, and support to BDAs to enable them to effectively establish new connections and generate business for U-Next.
Set targets and performance expectations for BDAs, and regularly monitor their progress.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize business generation and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the BDAs to identify potential leads and prospects in the region and support them in building and maintaining a pipeline of clients.
Establish and nurture relationships with contact centers and organizations to ensure a strong network and ongoing partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and implementation of U-Next courses for the partnered organizations.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with BDAs to assess their performance, provide feedback, and address any challenges or concerns.
Maintain effective communication channels between U-Next, partnered organizations, and BDAs to ensure a harmonious working environment.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
