Role
Summary

SecNinjaz
Technologies LLP seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant to own
accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting for the finance
function. This on-site role suits a professional with at least five
years of post-qualification experience who can work independently,
advise on financial decisions, and mentor junior staff in a
fast-growing cybersecurity and AI enterprise.

Key
Responsibilities

• Prepare
  and finalise financial statements in line with Indian Accounting
  Standards (Ind AS).
  

• Manage
  GST, TDS, and Income Tax computations, filings, and assessments.
  

• Own
  accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations; lead monthly and
  annual book closures.
  

• Coordinate
  statutory, internal, and tax audits, and liaise with auditors.
  

• Oversee
  accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
  

• Prepare
  MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts, and strengthen
  internal financial controls.
  

• Advise
  management on the financial implications of business decisions and
  process improvements.
  

• Guide
  and review the work of junior finance staff.
  

Required
Qualifications

• Qualified
  Chartered Accountant (ICAI membership).
  

• Minimum
  5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation,
  and compliance.
  

• Strong
  command of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act
  provisions.
  

• Proficiency
  in Tally / Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel.
  

Preferred
Skills

• Experience
  in the IT, technology, or services sector.
  

• Exposure
  to audit coordination, transfer pricing, or internal controls.
  

• Familiarity
  with FEMA, international taxation, or ERP-based accounting systems.
  

• Strong
  analytical ability, attention to detail, and stakeholder
  communication.
