Position: Check-in & Boarding Executive Company: Bluespirit Location: Siliguri, West Bengal, India Contract Details: Full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Check-in & Boarding Executive at our airport location in Siliguri, West Bengal. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures - Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with all airline and government regulations - Handle baggage check-in and tagging - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Communicate flight information and updates to passengers - Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure timely departure of flights - Board passengers onto the aircraft and assist with any seating or baggage issues - Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized check-in area - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Attend training sessions and stay updated on airline policies and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
