Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
? Plan, implement and manage daily kitchen operations.
? Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
? Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate
orders within budget
? Work on recipes for new menus.
? Prepare goods on the Le15 menu by strictly following recipes and SOPS.
? Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory and health guidelines.
? Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
? Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
? Coordinate with the sales & marketing teams for special & corporate orders and ensure
their timely Execution.
? Investigate complaints with the help of the quality team and implement preventive action.
? Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or
unsafe practices and procedures to the supervisor immediately.
? Plan the team’s weekly roster and look closely at scheduling work.
? Guide and motivate the team to work more efficiently
? Document and maintain records of daily production, wastage, dispatch and inventory
