We are looking for:
A skilled and motivated Process Engineer with a strong background in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chemical process management and a passion for tackling new challenges.

Address immediate, tactical needs of the site-based team while managing long-term, strategic projects.
Lead and execute process engineering projects that drive continuous improvement, resolve manufacturing issues, introduce new products, and design or optimize processes for both existing and new products.

You will bring:
Master’s degree (minimum) in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute (IITs, ICT, NITs, BITS, or equivalent).
2–8 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in process engineering, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
Experience supporting operational units with troubleshooting and process improvements.
Proficiency in heat and mass balance calculations, and design of unit operations.
Familiarity with software such as Aspen, Hysys, and statistical tools (preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, value chains, and key operational metrics.
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strong analytical, conceptual, project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
