We are seeking an accomplished and growth -oriented Chief Commercial Officer (US) to join LDM Global powered by EXO Edge. As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's commercial strategy, accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a scalable commercial organization across the legal services, litigation support, eDiscovery, and document review sectors.
What to expect in your journey
Own the commercial P&L, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, client retention, pricing strategy, and market expansion.
Develop and execute a comprehensive US growth strategy across litigation support, eDiscovery, document review, managed services, and adjacent legal solutions.
Personally lead strategic client engagement, enterprise sales pursuits, proposal development, contract negotiations, and major account acquisition efforts.
Build, mentor, and lead a high -performance commercial organization spanning business development, account management, sales operations, and marketing.
Establish and strengthen commercial processes, CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
Drive expansion within existing client relationships while developing new revenue streams and market opportunities.
Lead marketing strategy, demand generation initiatives, conference participation, and brand visibility efforts within the legal services ecosystem.
Position LDM Global powered by EXO Edge as a technology -enabled and AI -driven partner for legal outsourcing, litigation support, and managed services.
Collaborate closely with operations, technology, and executive leadership teams to align commercial objectives with business strategy.
Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, executive forums, and strategic partnership discussions.
What you bring to the table
15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including senior executive or C -suite responsibilities.
Proven success building revenue, winning enterprise clients, and scaling commercial performance within the US market.
Deep understanding of the US legal services and litigation support landscape with a strong professional network.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
