We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead operations in the process equipment manufacturing sector, specializing in Clarifiers, Agitators, Sluice Gates, and Mechanical & Manual Screens. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial stewardship, driving the company’s growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy engineering and fabrication processes, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
• Lead all company functions—production, quality, finance, HR, and marketing—with a focus on operational excellence.
• Oversee fabrication and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO, IBR, and other quality standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Champion digital transformation and process automation to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Present business performance and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Lead and mentor the leadership team, setting clear goals and KPIs to ensure accountability.
• Maintain industry awareness to adapt to market changes and emerging technologies.
