We are seeking a visionary and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a rapidly expanding organization through its next phase of transformation and market leadership. P&L Ownership & Financial Management
Assume full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
Monitor key business metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and margins.
Ensure effective cost management while supporting business growth objectives.
Deliver consistent financial performance and long-term shareholder value.
National & Market Expansion
Lead expansion initiatives across existing and new markets.
Evaluate and implement scalable business models to accelerate growth.

Leadership & Organizational Development
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.

Implement KPI-driven performance management systems across the organization.
Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure organizational capabilities evolve to support future growth requirements.
Customer Experience & Brand Building
Drive customer-centric strategies that enhance acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Strengthen the organization's brand presence and market reputation.
Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Champion service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
Build and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and institutions.
Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and executive engagements.
Work closely with investors, board members, and senior stakeholders to align business objectives.
Develop long-term partnerships that support organizational growth and market expansion.
What Makes You a Great Fit
15–25 years of progressive leadership experience with significant business management responsibilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a CEO, COO, Managing Director, President, Country Head, Business Head, or equivalent executive leadership role.
Proven track record of managing businesses with substantial revenue responsibility and delivering sustained growth.
Experience scaling organizations and leading teams of 300+ employees.
Strong expertise in business strategy, operations, sales leadership, marketing, and financial management.
Demonstrated success in driving business transformation and organizational growth.
Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion strategies.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and maximize business performance.
Experience building and managing high-performing leadership teams.
Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions while balancing strategic vision and operational execution.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience working with boards, investors, and senior leadership stakeholders.
Background in International Education, Study Abroad, Higher Education, EdTech, Professional Services, Consulting, Consumer Services, or related sectors is highly preferred.
Exposure to university partnerships, global collaborations, and international business development is an advantage.
