Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20-25 LPA)

Location: Hyderabad

The CEO will lead the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the organization, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion within the rubber manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the company’s objectives

• Manage comprehensive operations including production, supply chain, and quality assurance

• Lead initiatives to increase revenue and broaden market reach

• Handle financial planning, budgeting processes, and cost efficiency efforts

• Recruit, develop, and guide high-performing teams and senior executives

• Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental standards

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

• Analyze industry developments and pursue continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (MBA preferred)

• Over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
