Urgent Hiring – CEO / Chief Executive Officer

Organization: Oncology / Super-Speciality Hospital

We are looking for an experienced CEO to lead the overall operations, business development and administration of an oncology-focused super-speciality hospital.

Selection Criteria

1. Super-Speciality Hospital Experience

- Proven experience working with a super-speciality hospital.

- Candidates with specific experience in oncology/cancer hospitals will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of hospital operations, administration and business management.

2. Government Health Schemes – Rajasthan

Candidate should have practical experience working with/handling hospital operations under:

- MAA Yojana

- RGHS – Rajasthan Government Health Scheme

- CGHS

- ESI

- ECHS

Experience with empanelment, claims, packages, billing/reimbursement and coordination under these schemes will be an advantage.

3. Medical / Healthcare Background

- Candidate should have a medical/healthcare background.

- MBBS is NOT mandatory.

- Candidates with healthcare administration, hospital management or relevant medical-sector experience can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management of hospital operations and administration.

- Drive hospital growth, patient footfall and revenue.

- Manage relationships with doctors, referral networks, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies and government scheme authorities.

- Oversee MAA, RGHS, CGHS, ESI and ECHS-related operations and coordination.

- Monitor hospital financial and operational KPIs.

- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, HR, finance, billing, marketing and support departments.

- Ensure efficient patient services and a high-quality patient experience.

- Develop business strategies and new referral/empanelment opportunities.

- Lead and manage hospital teams and department heads.

- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

- Represent the hospital before key stakeholders and external organizations.

Candidate Profile

- Strong leadership and hospital-management capabilities.

- Experience in a super-speciality/oncology hospital environment.

- Practical knowledge of government healthcare schemes, particularly in Rajasthan.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and team-management skills.

- Ability to manage both hospital operations and business development.

- Candidates with a proven track record in hospital leadership will be preferred.
