Job Description - Chief Financial

âDevelop and implement the organization’s overall financial strategy aligned with business

objectives

âOversee budget planning, monitor budget utilization, and manage organizational cash flow

effectively

âEnsure timely and accurate disbursement of payments to vendors, statutory authorities, and

employees

âAnalyze financial performance, identify cost optimization opportunities, and enhance profitability

âSupervise preparation, accuracy, and integrity of financial statements and accounting records

âLiaise with banks, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and external auditors

âOversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with statutory

requirements

âManage foreign exchange transactions and cross-border payments, ensuring regulatory

compliance

âMonitor adherence to financial covenants, agreements, and contractual obligations

Requirements

Requirements

âMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar finance leadership or managerial role

âStrong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance

âProven experience in budget planning, financial control, and payment management

âHands-on experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools

âHigh level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills

âAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
