Chief Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage risk by developing frameworks for internal controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive capital raising efforts and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencies and cost management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a mid to large-sized company.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting with a track record of driving business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop finance teams.
• Superior analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
