We are seeking a strategic and results -driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function for a fast -growing FMCG company. The role involves driving financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, supporting business growth, and partnering with leadership on key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & execute the company’s financial strategy
  

• Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
  

• Oversee accounting, taxation & statutory compliance
  

• Manage cash flow, working capital & cost controls
  

• Drive profitability, margin improvement & ROI
  

• Lead audits, risk management & internal controls
  

• Partner with CEO & leadership on strategic initiatives
  

• Manage investor, bank & stakeholder relationships
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / ICWA Qualified
  

• Experience in FMCG / Consumer Products industry mandatory
