Job Role : Corporate Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience : 15+ years (age = 40 to 50 years)

Salary : 50 - 60 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Oversee and
  manage all financial operations, including accounting, costing, and financial
  reporting.
  
• Supervise imports
  and exports processes, ensuring compliance with international trade
  regulations.
  
• Manage company
  audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal audit requirements.
  
• Prepare and
  analyse MIS reports for decision -making and present financial results to the
  leadership team.
  
• Lead the
  finalisation of accounts and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
  
• Ensure compliance
  with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
  
• Provide strategic
  financial insights and contribute to business planning and budgeting processes.
  
• Implement and
  monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
  
• Collaborate with
  other departments to support overall company goals.
