Chief Growth Hacker

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Hacker to join our team and take on full responsibility for driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives.

This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.

· Years of experience required: 6-10 yrs.

· Education Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent

· Work Location: Hyderabad.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Foster a deep understanding of the company’s vision, our competitive and market environments to help shape market strategies.

· Understand and support the development of Drucare path to growth, profitability, and establish an effective growth process and infrastructure.

· Execute on the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to growth.

· Growth Hacking through Product Management, Product Strategy, Entrepreneurship, B2B & B2C Marketing, Viral Marketing and Content Strategy

· Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.

· Understand customer needs and requirements and align them to opportunities that qualify with Drucare services.

· Keep up with industry trends and updated insights of our field specific technologies.

· Work closely with other team members (customer care, tech especially) to improve efficiency and drive improvements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.

· 6+ years of experience in Growth Hacking.

· Ability to perform in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities.

· Proficient in English language.

· Must have a competitive nature and desire to surpass existing goals.

· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
