  • Foster a learning culture through innovative interventions like coaching, mentoring, and digital learning tools
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to identify gaps and co-create impactful solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • 12–15 years of experience in leadership development and capability building
  • Strong expertise in learning design, facilitation, and digital learning tools
  • Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institution
