Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead end -to -end marketing strategy for a fast -growing technology services organization. This role will be responsible for driving brand positioning, demand generation, digital growth, and revenue -aligned marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IT / Technology / SaaS marketing, with proven experience in scaling marketing operations and delivering measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals

  • Lead brand positioning, market presence, and go -to -market initiatives

  • Drive demand generation through SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns

  • Improve website traffic, engagement, and lead conversion rates

  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels (MQL → SQL → Closure)

  • Collaborate closely with Sales for lead handover, pipeline growth, and conversions

  • Own marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and CAC optimization

  • Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and videos

  • Manage PR, media outreach, events, partnerships, and brand communication

  • Track KPIs, dashboards, and conduct monthly performance reviews




Requirements

Experience required:  10 – 15 Years (Minimum 5 years in IT / Technology / SaaS Marketing)

  • CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

  • Marketing Automation Tools

  • SEO & SEM Tools

  • Basic design and content tools

Qualifications

  • MBA / PG in Marketing or related field (preferred)

  • 10–15+ years of overall marketing experience

  • Strong exposure to IT / Technology / SaaS services

  • Prior experience as Head of Marketing / VP Marketing / CMO is an advantage

  • Lead volume and lead quality

  • Website traffic and conversion improvement

  • Marketing ROI and CAC optimization

  • Brand visibility and engagement metrics

  • Pipeline contribution and revenue influence
