CEO Office & Strategic Execution
The person will work directly with the CEO to convert strategic priorities into structured execution plans, track key
initiatives across core business growth, new segments, global expansion, strategic partnerships and acquisitions,
prepare CEO briefing notes for leadership meetings, investor discussions, board reviews and strategic partner
conversations, maintain leadership action trackers with owners and timelines, drive follow-through across functions
and bring structure to ambiguous business problems by converting them into clear workstreams.
Growth Office Control
The person will build and manage the Growth Office dashboard, track revenue, margins, pipeline, client mix, product
mix, geography mix, collections and business unit performance, monitor growth levers such as direct clients, agency
relationships, international expansion, cross-sell, upsell, RPO, outcomes and product adoption, create business unit
scorecards for core and new business segments, identify growth gaps, margin leakages, delayed initiatives and
bottlenecks, and ensure business heads remain accountable for quarterly and annual plans.
FP&A, Budgeting & Business Planning
The person will work closely with the CFO and business heads to build annual operating plans, quarterly plans and
rolling forecasts, track actual performance versus budget, forecast and prior periods, build revenue, gross margin,
EBITDA, cash flow and working capital models, analyse business unit profitability, product-level profitability and
client-level economics, develop base/upside/downside scenarios, support pricing and commercial structuring for
large deals, and prepare monthly management reports for the CEO and leadership team.
Strategic Planning & Financial Modelling
The role will own financial models for new segments, new products, geographies, partnerships and acquisition
opportunities, conduct market sizing, competitor benchmarking and opportunity assessment, translate strategic
ideas into quantified business cases, evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions, develop investor-grade
business cases for strategic initiatives and maintain a central strategic model for Mobavenue's medium-term growth
roadmap.
New Segment Incubation
The person will support the launch and scale-up of new segments across AdTech, Martech, Monetization, Retail
Media, Reward Media, Creative Tech, AI tools and adjacent opportunities by working with business and product
teams to define segment strategy, GTM model, pricing, operating plan and launch milestones, identify anchor clients,
pilots and early monetisation models, track product readiness, revenue readiness, margin profile and scale potential,
and prepare leadership updates on new segment progress.
M&A & Strategic Investment Support
The person will build acquisition theses across relevant strategic areas, map potential acquisition targets in AdTech,
Martech, Monetization, Creative Tech, Retail Media, AI tools and international expansion, evaluate targets based on
strategic fit, revenue quality, margin profile, technology depth, client access, team strength and integration
complexity, build acquisition financial models, valuation scenarios and synergy cases, support commercial due
diligence and management discussions, prepare investment committee and board-level notes, and track post acquisition
integration and synergy realisation.
Board, Investor & Leadership Reporting
The person will prepare board-ready and investor-grade presentations, support quarterly business reviews and
earnings preparation with data-backed insights, create strategic narratives for new business segments, capital
allocation, acquisitions and growth initiatives, ensure internal performance data and external communication remain
aligned, and work closely with IR, finance and legal teams on compliance-friendly business communication.
